1.       The Service

East Coast Engineering Consultants Ltd. provides specialised career coaching, educational mentoring, professional application support and mock testing. We provide educational insight, specialised knowledge, tools and expertise to improve the learner’s knowledge, understanding and competence when compared to a candidate that hasn’t received our training, providing a competitive edge when compared against other candidates that have not received our training. We do not however, guarantee the securing of an apprenticeship or specific employment.

2.       Bookings and Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking via the payment method dictated by East Coast Engineering Consultants Ltd.

• Bookings are confirmed only once the automated confirmation email is sent.

3.       Cancellation and Refunds

• 14-Day Cooling-Off: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to cancel. However, if the start of your elected package is chosen to take place within those 14 days, you acknowledge that you waive the right to a full refund once the service has begun.

• Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of the session fee and reduced package completion.

4.       Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a learner or parent displays behaviour that is abusive, offensive, or inappropriate.
