1x 1-Hour Trade-Specific Deep-Dive Generic advice only goes so far. This session pairs the learner with an expert in their field of interest (e.g., Maintenance, Aerospace, Electrical, or Civil) to discuss specific trade requirements, typical daily tasks, and the technical language used in that sector.
Advanced Engineering Interview Coaching We move beyond basic questions to focus on "Engineering-Specific" scenarios. This includes practical exercises on how to demonstrate mechanical reasoning, safety mindsets, and problem-solving logic during the interview process.
1x 30-Minute Real-World Interview Simulation A high-intensity, "live" simulation designed to mimic the atmosphere of a professional engineering board. This session includes real-time feedback, allowing the learner to adjust their body language, tone, and technical delivery on the spot.
1x 45-Minute End-of-Package Review & Action Plan A final strategy meeting to consolidate all learning. We provide a bespoke, step-by-step action plan that details exactly which employers to target next and how to maintain the momentum built during the programme.
Enhanced Technical Interview Resources Access to a higher level of learning materials specifically curated for technical interviews, including common workshop scenarios and industry-standard safety protocols.
